Take a Break, Find Your Peace (◍•ᴗ•◍)!!
Every time the world feels like it’s against me, I take a step back, not to give up, but to breathe. I let myself rest, not because I’m weak, but because I know that even the strongest need a break. When life gets too heavy to carry, I don’t force myself to push through the pain. Instead, I pause, give myself space, and find comfort in the little things like watching anime, listening to my favorite artist, and diving into games that take me to another world.
Life can be tough, but that doesn’t mean we have to be tough on ourselves. Rest is not a sign of failure; it’s a way to recharge, to remind myself that I am human, and that it’s okay to slow down. Because after the rest, I’ll rise again, stronger, calmer, and ready to face the world once more.
I use avoidance coping as a strategy to prevent putting pressure on myself when faced with overwhelming tasks or situations. I take time to release stress and regain balance, ensuring I don't feel overwhelmed (ㆁωㆁ)!!

I love watching anime, especially Attack on Titan. It's not just a show to me; it's like my Roman Empire and my Chicago—nothing can replace AOT in my heart. The depth of the story, the emotional struggles of the characters, and the intense plot twists keep me hooked. Every time I rewatch it, I discover something new, and it continues to inspire and move me in ways no other anime can.
PLAYING STARDEW VALLEY🐥
Playing games like Stardew Valley is one of my favorite ways to escape. It's my go-to when I need a break from reality and a bit of peace. The relaxing gameplay and the sense of progression help me unwind, whether I'm tending to crops or building relationships in the game. It's a stress-free world that offers me the space to breathe and recharge( ╹▽╹ ).
LISTENING TO BEABADOOBEE🍎!!
Listening to music, especially indie pop is something I truly enjoy. Beabadoobee🍎, in particular, has a special place in my playlist. Her soothing melodies and heartfelt lyrics help calm my mind and bring a sense of peace. Whenever life gets overwhelming, her music acts as a sanctuary, giving me the mental clarity I need to reset and feel balanced (☆▽☆)ノ♡!!
