Dragon Up

Uh oh.

"Noisemaster, kid!” Noisemaster corrected him. Tch… if it weren’t for the fact that he’d probably be docked points for it, he’d love to introduce this cocky little bastard to the Noise Blaster. Might help make him feel better about how things were going at the moment, but as it was, he forced himself to hold off. Barely.

"Noisemaster? Really Noisemaster?" Jake chuckled at the name and shook his head. "Yo I don't mean to be rude or anything dawg but that sounds like some kind of campy superhero villain name. This just in Noisemaster has attacked Towncity Bank." He chuckled again and turned his gaze toward the orbs that Noisemaster was holding. 

"So you just throw them and poof? You got a handy dandy ninja smoke ball?" A grin appeared on the young dragon's face. He leaned forward and stared at the glassy surface before grabbing one and rolling it in his palms.

There would be no dawn for the scientists after this.

Noisemaster sat on top of a small stack of crates near the mouth of the alleyway in Sector 003, irritably playing with a couple of small orbs in his hands. They were a sort of prototype bomb he’d been working on for some time—nothing deadly, unfortunately, since the components he needed to give them that kind of kick were nigh impossible to find in this city, although they’d still give a bit of a shock if they went off next to you. Still, they were something he’d put a lot of time and effort into. Something he’d put a lot of trade secrets into. And, with their questionably legal status, they were definitely something he didn’t want to go around advertising in the middle of one of the more reputable sectors.

Which was apparently what the scientists wanted him to do.

If it had been a simple matter of selling the things, Noisemaster wouldn’t have minded so much. The bombs (could hardly even call them that, they more like firecrackers) weren’t much use to him, aside from an experiment to see what was and wasn’t possible to build with the tools he had, and he doubted any average Joe buying them wouldn’t really be able to dissect them well enough to figure out just how they’d been made. No, selling them wasn’t the problem. It was the way in which they had to be sold that had Noisemaster sitting, staring at the firecrackers, strongly debating stepping out of this challenge despite his self-assurances that he could handle anything the scientists could throw at him.

Well, it was just this once. Sell the firecrackers, complete the challenge, never speak of this again. Noisemaster still wished the scientists had given him something easier, like killing someone, as he put down two of the orbs and stood with the third one in his hand. Tch… He was still going to regret this, wasn’t he? Of course he was.

Legs firmly planted on his skateboard as he rolled his way from Sector four to three. Ollies and Kickflips helped him pass the time as he ventured around the city maneuvering his way back to his home turf. He skated his way around taking short cuts here and there to find himself closer to his apartment building. He kept a steady pace, his leg kicking at the ground accelerating him that was until a voice threw him off his groove. Pushing his heel down the back of the board he turned his head towards the voice.

There standing before him on a crate holding some weird kinda balls was a....a....uh....

"Cyclops elf? Yo...Say Whaaaaat?"

Was there more magical creatures in this place? They seemed to be popping up all over the place and this didn't make him comfortable at all. Back at home little elves and stuf were always hawking their wares in back alleys and it always wind up with the buyers having something blow up in their face or turning their hair green. He paused before heading up towards the weird little dude.

"Yo I think I do...horse riding monsters carries their head but you have a head...unless I'm thinking of something different."
