How would blitzop work if this was the spider au. Would blitzop and op still get together despite being arachnus prime?

You have touched upon one of the many many consequences from the trio all becoming spiders <3 One of which is that Blitzwing doesn't become a triple changer (pre-canon at least).

Blitzwing is certainly interested in Arachnus since he knows that he is the reason they won't officially join the cause, but he's also fascinated to why someone of such strong moral character is doing in backwaters like these and especially how long it'll take Arachnus to break.

They don't date because Arachnus isn't as desperately lonely for a connection but maybe a one night stand or two.

no, hanahaki in my comic is not organic, and the cybertronian version does have some... peculiarities :D
