♡ you stop walking when a butterfly lands on a nearby flower, and your f/o immediately notices the look of wonder on your face. they don't say anything at first, they're too busy admiring how softly you're smiling. when the butterfly finally flutters away, they tease that it must have mistaken you for another flower because you're just as lovely. they laugh at their own cheesy line, cheeks turning pink when they realize they meant every word. ♡

to be angry and upset at things irrationally. to be exhausted beyond belief. to not want to talk to anyone. to put yourself first just a little even if only on the insides

you are not an eternal giving fountain, and your f/o sees this. they do not expect you to give and give and give and fix and fix and fix until your heart bleeds dry, even if you really do want to help.

they understand that heavy, bottom of your stomach guilt when you find yourself getting tense in the jaw dealing with other people. they don’t want you to run from that, sit in it by their side and let them lull you to sleep.

they know you’re not really angry, you’re just tired and it’s manifesting as this blue hot anger in your chest. they will don every fireproof suit in the universe to be next to your blaze in this moment.

your f/o knows you cannot fix everyone you want to, help everyone you want to, without helping yourself too.

and sometimes helping yourself is a bit selfish. but let it be.

The last 4 weeks have been… a toll. I’m sorry I’ve not been active, I feel like I’m juggling everyone in my life while standing one legged on a tight rope. Back soon with more imagines I’m sure but I needed this one badly.
