So you can confirm that Lexa is 100% dead?
I know that many other shows have conditioned people to question it when characters die. Even among shows I watch, characters are regularly ākilledā and then miraculously resurrected after the fact (saved by magic, by trickery, by all manner of things). The 100 has never done that. When we kill characters, theyāre dead. As a show, we take death seriously. Itās powerful and impactful because it has irrevocable consequences.Iām sad to say it, but Lexa is dead. We watched her die. Thereās no coming back from that. Though weāre exploring the world of AIs, the living, breathing Lexa who can interact with Clarke and the rest of our characters is gone. To those asking about potentially bringing Alycia back, I canāt say what the future holds. We killed Wells in 103 and yet we brought Eli back in 202. We killed Jake before the series even started and weāve seen him a couple of times. On the flipside, weāve killed many others and never brought them back. The future is uncertain, so you shouldnāt hang any hopes on that. I know thatās hard for many to hear, but I offer this for all those people asking me for clarification. I hope it helps you come to terms with Lexaās death, grieve, and move forward. If youāre having trouble with it, please talk to someone. Your fellow fans, friends, trusted authority figures, or a professional. Youāre not alone.
