Something is definitely wrong. You are not safe.

Scripting for 1 ½ routes are completely finished. Now coding is what I’m dreading. However, Night 3 is coming to a close, which means the update is nearly done. Just need to brush up the dream sequences’s.

Cg’s are nearly all completed save for a select few, and new backgrounds + items have been added.

For those who don't know me, you can call me Mya. I'm one of the creators of "A Painting Of You" ("APOY"), and I'm here to share some news that might sound completely random:

@k7sidekick and I are bringing the project back from the dead! :D

If there's still anyone out there who likes the game and happens to be reading this, I hope you're as excited as we are about this news lol

That said, the game is going to go through a few changes. We want it to better reflect how we see the project nowadays, so expect some differences here and there!

We can't really make any promises about release dates or anything like that, because we'd like to take our time and work on things at a pace that feels comfortable and enjoyable for us. That way, we can hopefully bring you something fun to play and something we're proud of, so please be patient with us!

We'll try to keep posting updates about how things are going, but we can't promise anything 100% either XD

Okay, okay—let's clear a few things up. To start, the reasons for my absence have to do with my personal life and my computer. My computer has a graphics card issue and I urgently need to replace it, but the delivery keeps getting delayed; meanwhile, I was dealing with issues in my social life. Please forgive my absence; I’m going to be more active in answering your questions and everything else.

Are you not afraid that your Visual Novel might not become popular because of its art? I know you program very well, but don't you think good art is fundamental to the game?

No, in my opinion, for a visual novel to be good it has to have both a good story and good programming. I don't care much about fame because my game wasn't made to please everyone.

My game is part of specific niches, so I'm sure it will be very popular, even more so because I make my game for fun. I love programming, but designing is really a challenge for me.
