No but, talking about Susie's event, WDYM that "Susie" was the romanization of a Chinese name all this time??? I can't quite understand Su's Chinese name; phonetically it's something like "Yi" or "Yie," but again, due to my limited experience with Chinese, it's difficult for me (I KNEW I should have taken that Chinese course in high school).

Focusing more on the event's storyline, I really liked that they delved more into Susie's personal story rather than dwelling on her annoyingly painful unrequited love for Chu Zihang. (A little bit off-topic, but I think I've EVER seen anyone shipping Johann with Susie; the closest I've seen is an artist whose OC just looks a lot like Su, lol) The idea of Susie being "the daughter of a traitor" is interesting. At the beginning of the story, when they started talking about Susie's dad, I thought he had been unfaithful or had abandoned his family, but no, the guy just had a prophetic dream and it turns out he was a good man. (maybe... MAYBE I was projecting a little, my bad, hehe ╮⁠(⁠＾⁠▽⁠＾⁠)⁠╭)

I ALSO LOVE THAT THEY'RE REVISITING THE THEORY THAT DRAGONS (or at least Niddhog) COME FROM SPACE. The theory is so forgotten in the story that I think we all assumed dragons always existed in the world of Dragon Raja 💔 The Nibelungen on a METEORITE was personally peak 🔥🔥🔥

Overall, I like how they reinvented Susie, going from:-sniper,-Nono's best friend,-Vice-President of the Lionheart Society,-and hopelessly in love with Chu Zihangto:A girl who was able to escape the shadow of her "traitor" father thanks to her enormous talent and effort, who dreamed of being an astronaut like her dad as a child, and who, in the end, was able to heal that wound, knowing that her father always loved her. (And who still has a painfully unrequited love for her friend Chu Zihang)

Finally, I'd say that Rocket man from Elton John is absolute fire... but it's always cold at the peak 🔥

I know is that in every adaptation, Chu Tianjiao is heavily based on Dante Sparda... I just can't prove it (yet).

So, again, imagine Luminous (or Mingfei whtvr) and MC are in the room, our boy is playing StarCraft or some nerdy game, and it's around 10 PM.

MC: "You should go to bed early, or you'll get a мигрень."

Mingfei: "A what now?"

MC: "I said мигрень, dont play dumb with me." Doesn't explain further and leaves.

Zihang: "A... 'flying machine'? Please be specific."

Zihang: "Helicopter. You're talking about a helicopter."

MC: "...I know what I said."

And let me tell you something crystal clear: Caesar makes fun of MC's accent a lot.

Something like... They were working in Takamagahara and in the rush, MC's accent got stronger than they wanted, and Caesar DOESN'T LET IT GO.

Caesar: "MC, put more effort into it, the ladies are asking about their drinks."

MC: "Ugh, I'm on it, Basara King."

Caesar: "Okay, then get on with it faster, you know how that little group I'm dealing with is."

MC: "I'm doing the best I can with the time I have, okay? Don't rash (rush) me."

Caesar: "Oh, I'm not rashing you. I'm just saying the ladies are in a rash to get their drinks, I'm sure you understand that, da? Why don't you give them a bottle of vodka as compensation for the delay?"

MC had their salary docked for throwing a vodka bottle at Caesar's head (doesn't regret it btw).

A small bonus because I'm not going to let any of you forget that MC is a senior citizen.

MC: Struggling with their phone's keyboard. "Are you home for dinner?" sent

Mingfei: "Tbh idk rn lol"

MC: "ALL THIS MONEY ON SCHOOL AND THIS BOY CAN'T EVEN SPELL???? Does anyone know what 'tbh' means??? Tubbaha?"

I firmly believe that MC (2019) has a very strong Russian accent. Considering Zero's accent in Re:Rise (at least in the English dub), you can't convince me that MC has a 'neutral' accent.

It's like, come on, are you telling me that someone who grew up in the middle of nowhere in Siberia, probably living with Russian people (except maybe Herzog and some other foreign children the doctor took in kidnapped at the orphanage), doesn't have an obvious accent?

At the beginning of the MMORPG's main story, Renata mentioned that whoever won the exam or was it a competition? Whatever, idk, idc rn tbh would go to study in the capital, it's not hard to assume they meant Moscow. (There was a map of Russia in our cabin, actually!) And the USSR was still standing (it was like… a year away from everything going to hell when Black Swan Bay was destroyed… but yeah) although English language instruction existed, it was more technical, not conversational at all (in fact, German was more popular, so, I also think MC and Renata know German, even if only a little 🤓☝️). So yes, it makes sense that MC knows English, considering everyone speaks English in the game (I've never heard anyone mention that Mai, a Japanese woman, has a British accent although I get it, that accent makes her sound super sexy-)

Getting back to the point, then, MC is someone who spent a good part of their life in Russia, living with Russians, only knowing how to read and write in English, and when they arrived in a place whose main language is English, like god-damn Chicago, USA (that fact always makes me laugh, idkw, don't ask) they had been in a huge ice cube for like 20 years or sm. I genuinely like to think that MC's first conversations with the rest of Cassell College were… complicated, to say the least.

This is getting hella long, so to sum it up… MC has a ridiculously thick Russian accent, comically pronounced, and I plan to die on this hill.

Someday I'll continue explaining this headcanon better… probably. This is just a rant before I go to sleep.
