well guys. i did it. i saw mcr live. for those of u that have been following me for a long time maybe u know what this means to me. i had a diff blog before but i’ve had this one since like 2016 so there’s still some real ones around. unfortunately i don’t keep in contact w anyone from that time. which might be my fault. anyways. it happened. back in like what 2014 or 15 i saw stomachaches live and god it was a tiny venue and i hugged frank and gave him a jack skellington ashtray that i made him. i have zero photos bc soon after my phone, which i think was my first smartphone, got obliterated before i moved the pics to a hard drive. a small part of me that cries over not having a stand up father sometimes wanted to cry out to him don’t you remember me, but hahahaa. he brought his fucking son out. im gonna be fr. i feel like the first half of the show was very much for the new gen… but the second part was way more for mid gen that never had a chance to see them (me) and ofc for the ogs. i was UGLY SOBBING like these bitches don’t knooowww what it means to straight up slit your wrists then plank on the floor crying that you’ll never get to see your favorite band in person. baby wipe up that pool of blood and tears and snot and never say never. what an insane life lesson that is, too.
