Today again, my life, which keep contemplating about the people and how they are much more linked to economics, has zoned me in the arena where I was trying to negate the conventional theory of attractiveness and how this theory in our real life tries to lollipop us about the big terms of “adjustments”, “adaptation” and “acceptance”. It makes us belief that we will get the best kinda love from the person who would be at least as “mostly” different from us. But then when as a technocrat, you take yourself away from the “big people big words” zone to your shell of knowledge, you realize there are ample of theories in different fields of study to negate the theory of opposite attraction. The intensity of these theories may not have enough physical and social domain to impart a strong psychological footprint on the layman, but these theory are very well implied once thought well. According to gravitation theory, every matter in this universe attract each other. So irrespective of likeliness and unlikeliness, this theory of attraction do work but due to its low relative physical strength it is less appealing from electromagnetic and magnetic theory of attraction. Next, genes and inheritance theory shows how parents and children are attracted towards each other even though they are much alike. Now, my forte too has a theory of attraction and stability in long term with short term ineffectiveness of alike people being together. The prisoner Dilemma’s of game theory explains when people are too alike, too rational and too fixed and clear about their thoughts and themselves, then they may end up to all the second best things in their lives. But that is possible until they are not cooperating or not communicating. Once they are into it, they can bring miracles to their relationship. The conclusion is, cooperation and adjustments are both required whether your mates are like or unlike. Everything in this universe is syncing with each other to create a perfect harmony. Don’t look for perfectly like or unlike being, for sometimes concluding yourself with the flow has the real meaning.
