coming off 2 years of being on a low dose mood stablizer that also caused weight gain and high cholesterol and risk of tardive dyskinesia, i am now having dreams again

got my ac in and had to play tetris w my mind as a friend was also trying to figure it out (the window is big, ac is small), wedged a board in one side and it worked but somehow i just feel exhausted and kinda depressed and needed to laugh. i remember i had been sporadically watching dr katz on youtube but over the past week have just been watching nyc vlogs relentlessly and thats draining my soul so i watched dr katz and was laughing and then took a nap on the couch. and its like all u need is a little blurry cartoon to make u chuckle to doze off too. also upon waking ig is evil and i gotta stay away, too many images, i am also on a good book hiatus. oh and the cat got some tape on her back and came running to me and it was so cute and funny.
