i like when people call me out on something i did that hurt them, or when i catch myself adhering to a harmful ideology. because it means that i can change it and hopefully one less person will have to endure that negativity. its easier said than done, but if we stopped taking someone calling us out on a flaw as an attack on the person as a whole, and instead as someone wanting us to be better for ourselves, maybe we could make the world even 1% better
