Tweet 1 circa November 27 2015: This is him clearly exasperated by his very racist Grandmother, quoting her not to laugh with her but at her. I… can’t see why he’d have to emphasize that.
Tweet 2 and 3 circa November 28 2015: He clearly not endorsing what she puts out. Now maaaaaaaybe you could say that he shouldn’t have done so period lest some bad actors be like, “Yeah, that old biddy’s got pearls of wisdom,” but those’d happen even if he gave a, “Is she for real right now?” look?
Tweet 4 circa February 12 2016: He’s… not wrong as far as the Anime itself goes. GATE’s been controversial across the board for coming across as militaristic with how the real world interacts with a fantasy world that seems more “back water.”
Tweet 5 circa December 3 2016: Yeah, I can see how it’d be taken the wrong way but, being from when they visited Japan when RWBY was being dubbed, he was clearly talking about somebody he had befriended and was being guided through their stay.

I get the potential implication but it seems taken way out of context. Starting to notice a running theme.
Tweet 6 circa February 01 2014: An in-joke between two friends, not meaning to go beyond just that. This appears to have been WAY back.
Tweet 7 circa July 18 2018: Also exasperated by his father but admittedly, it does come across the wrong way with how he seems to like him better than his Grandma. However, it does come far less across as endorsement and more like a son rolling his eyes at his old minded father.
Multiple Tweets circa February 21 2016: A lot of non-black folk get an (oh boy, this friggin’ term again) “N word pass” by people of color they are close and comfortable with. This is clearly the case since you seem to leave out a hypothetical tweet where he’s called out on it. He does not appear to be based on what you have shown.

The “Black Lines Don’t Matter” was followed up by the person of color talking to the fictional version of Miles calling him out on the misspeak. A joke mainly at his expense.
The “Cop Tickets Self Diving Car” skit is a dig at police brutality. While you could argue the comedic slant isn’t appropriate, it does highlight how cops can be by substituting black people for self-driving cars. It’s clearly something that’s punching up.
The live stream very much has a lot of “friend ribbing on each other for being awful” energy. They’re clearly remembering cringe moments in their life and being open with each other. The bisexual part was less about “sexy” and obviously in past tense.
Now if Arryn had called this out as “not cool.” I would agree that Miles’s recount isn’t very appropriate. However, I’ve yet to see any sort of response on her part. Even after the tea has been spilt on Rooster Teeth.
