Though years had come between them, when she smiled, Kazuki felt as if they’d always known each other; he felt like those years hadn’t happened. The same feeling of safety and comfort washed over him that she always brought with her- and naturally, he couldn’t resist returning her hug. But this time, he didn’t want to let go again.

A cherubic laugh bubbled between plump lips, and she waved her hand to dismiss his comment in an effort to remain humble. Always too kind, he was. But, in all honesty, that's what she loved most about her Kazu-kun! He was always so sweet, even when teasing her that she didn't mind almost anything he said about her. Pulling him closer to her, if that was even possible, she nuzzled her head into his chest.
