Honestly? This is probably a pretty decent way to do it. Stepping out of your comfort zone occasionally is awesome, but living out there is overwhelming. The key is to find the right balance for you :) and even if it’s scary, it’s awesome that you did the thing!

This is completely acceptable. Do your best to do things you need to, even be adventurous sometimes. But returning to that comfort zone is perfectly fine!

If you’re feeling depressed today I want you to know that I’m so proud of you for waking up this morning and I know how hard it is to hold yourself together, you are so so strong

Reminder: I know people preach positive outlooks and happiness, but you don’t have to be positive about everything all the time. It’s important to express yourself, all your feelings and emotions. Don’t push things under the rug/hide things in favor of being “positive.”
