Hi, my name is Haley Fick, and my husband and I are in desperate need of getting help paying our se… Haley Marsh needs your support for Help Dolly Get Better
Hello all! This is a GoFundMe to raise money to cover the vet bills for our lovely Dolly Bolly! <3
***Update 10/07/ 12:14 p.m**
Dolly was brought home last night as we tried to get her moving around and eating and drinking on her own. We were successful in getting her fluids and pedialyte, however she didn't want to eat for us. She was able to be assisted outside and use the bathroom. However this morning on the way to the vet to see if she could be cleared and come home officially, Dolly had a seizure and Quentin had to pull over, get her situated and then rush to the vet. We discussed some things with them and they said that we could do one more day of IV fluids and treatment but they say that these issues could be just symptoms of a much more serious issue. Due to funds and how they say it would be a long up and down journey the Vet suggested the possibility of euthanasia... We however as much as we love Dolly know that we cannot continue the extensive treatments and we don't know how much she is actually suffering and enjoying life at the moment. We are waiting to hear on any updates from the vet whenever they be negative or positive, but if things haven't changed and she is still getting worse, Quentin and I have reluctantly decided that we will have to end her suffering. This decision has not been made lightly and the past three days have been an unfortunate time. We ask that you continue prayers and sharing our GoFundMe page in terms of helping us cover her vet bills
**UPDATE 10/07 6:30 P.M
So we brought her home we're gonna do one last treatment of IV fluids & antibiotics in the morning and they've said already if she hasn't made any type of improvements that she probably won't and they don't even know what's wrong with her they said this could be months and we just don't have that time and they said it's probably better if she doesn't get better by tomorrow to consider putting her down because by the weekend something dramatic could happen and we don't want her suffering... I honestly don't want to give up on her just yet but who knows what could happen within the next few days and we work we can't keep putting off work so we're going to make her comfy tonight and we're gonna hope for the best in the morning but if not we're gonna set up an appointment to put her to sleep...
