“I doubt it. Now, do you have anything productive to say? Or perhaps you’d like to buy a cupcake.”

“No baked goods this time. You should be careful, Mae. That little connection of yours made some enemies, and you never know who might act on it.”

“There is always someone better out there.”

“They have a good leader to guide them. People have no reason to be alarmed, and the people trust our leaders.”

“I have faith the town won’t cave in to mass hysteria.”

“I hope so too, seeing as they need a good leader to guide them.”

“Not all goblins are bad people. You are aware of this I am sure. Just like not all fairies are good people.”
