Life update for the first half of 2026. 3mos of eating clean (well, most days) and and consistently showing up at 4am gym sessions, lost 4kgs, and lifting heavier loads. I need to pat myself, and tell her you’ll get over your broken heart when you’re ready and that you’ll be doing a lot better than last year.

Oh and that you’re on the dating scene again, meeting good friends along the way. Love you B

My Vietnam travel stories could honestly go on forever 🇻🇳

From Ho Chi Minh City days with 20k steps minimum just trying to eat every local dish my tummy could handle To the Sapa trip that nearly ended me (note to self: 2 layers ≠ enough) To climbing what felt like a million flights of stairs just to reach the Top of Indochina, the glass bridge, and the Gates of Heaven — worth it, but my legs still remember 😮‍💨

And let’s not forget the 16-hour cabin bus to Da Nang… with only 3 people inside and me with a constant internal monologue of “are we getting kidnapped or just very committed to this route?” 😭

Somehow, the best part was staying a few extra days solo — meeting new people, eating wherever my feet took me, and joining tours with complete strangers who quickly didn’t feel like strangers at all.

That freedom? That chaos? That magic? Easily my favorite part of the trip.

Vietnam, you were truly one for the books ❤️ And I’m just getting started — more solo travels coming up.

Traveled alone for the first time, no plans, no maps - just my gut, my bags and positively thinking I don’t get robbed somewhere. There’s a certain kind of magic waking up, wandering without a plan. And in some of those days, you find yourself in oddly beautiful moments: sharing drinks with strangers (and next thing you know, you’re drunk-crying sharing your failed love stories), a street-side lesson on how to take care of a bonsai or just finding a quiet spot to drink your coffee in, with a view you never imagined of.

And somewhere realizing that this is the goal: slow, soft, quiet days - salty hair, sandy toes - days ending on a beach with a self-help book in hand a beer on another.
