This post is gonna serve as my sort of master-post, where I include all the relevant information about my writing, where you can find it, where you can support me, and links to free supplementary content!

To begin with, hi. I'm Xortberg, but you can call me Xort. I'm a writer, and aiming to make that into a career! To that end, I've written a bit in the TTRPG field, but after discovering Royal Road and seeing how people have found success with web fiction and Patreon, I figured I'd throw my hat into the ring.

Currently, I'm gearing up to post Blood of Dragons, a fantasy story with mild LitRPG elements. You can find a post with more details here, and can find the Patreon and Ko-Fi pages at those links. There is a bit of free supplemental material there already, and I'll be adding more as time goes by.

Hey, all! Just started posting my new story, Blood of Dragons. It's a TTRPG-themed isekai LitRPG, and I've already got a pretty significant backlog and also lots of free supplemental material on Patreon, so feel free to take a look!

He knows how to play the game… but can he live it? Jason has a pretty good life. Good grades, good looks, nerdy (but in a cool way)… he's even in great shape thanks to his free membership at his uncle's boxing gym. Yep, this life is pretty good to Jason. That is, until one fateful day, he and his friends get together for a night of roleplaying games, only to be caught up in a whirlwind of actual magic. When Jason comes to, he finds himself in the body of Colranth Firebreath, the Dragon-Blooded Mage—the same character he was just playing as in his RPG group Not only that, he quickly realizes he's at the beginning of the adventure he and his friends just played, but with them nowhere to be seen, Colranth will need to gather allies, hone his own skills, and try to save the land or get back home—whichever comes first. What to expect: - Competent, but not OP, protagonist - Growth over time - Slightly slower pace, especially at the start - D&D-inspired system Chapters uploaded every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!

For the first five chapters, I'll be uploading once per day, then moving into a 3/week schedule after that.

I've gone radio silent on here (and on all my other social media) because I got extremely sick and didn't have the wherewithal to even remember social media existed for a while, much less to worry about updating it.

Up next are the flightless dokki birds. Extremely fast runners with hard, bladelike protrusions on their beaks, the normally timid dokki birds can become a menace when something pushes them into an agitated state!

We're beginning with the humble, ubiquitous goblin. Don't underestimate them just because they're weak, cowardly, and easily scared away—under the command of a competent leader, they can cause some serious havoc!
