So the student council of my uni (which I'm a part of) wants to do something to welcome the new students.

This. MONDAY.

We've been talking and we'll do a rally with the theme of our state's iconic things. Another student and I are going to take care of one of the stations, in which the people will have to go through obstacles. Our specific theme is a very famous mountain, so we thought 💭 okay let's make the obstacles according to the things that tourists can find in their way up!!!

So. I'll have to make two big cardboard animals. And a chapel.

#some teachers came to say hi and said my cardboard things were pretty!!!#my other classmate made the cacti and the signs #I'm happy with what we did :)#later that day it started raining so we had to move everything to other space in the university #but everything came out okay!

I missed the eclipse :( but at least today I saw this :)

Ok things are getting so much uglier and critical...

#I fixed the coyotes and they're actually pretty now #but the chapel 😩 why did I have to make a literal chapel :'( it's so ugly I don't know if it can be fixed #the worst part: I'm running out of time and MONEY. I can't believe I've already spent $150 mxn in this #I want to throw it in the thrash but I can't afford that lol :'(#I need to make a decision asap #do I keep investing in the ugly cardboard chapel hoping it'll look decent? OR do I throw it away and make a different thing from scratch #it's already 3:00 pm :(

Sometimes you have to literally rotate yourself so blood can get to your brain

So my mom brought home this sparrow chick

It can't fly and barely eats. Yesterday it was infested with larvae and we helped it (poor guy it must have hurt so bad). Last night it slept in a box on our patio so my dog and cat couldn't find it, and this morning it escaped!

My mom found it on the sidewalk and brought it back. She thought it was dying BUT I think it's just tired. Rn it's sleeping under a sun beam :)
