Like yesterday

Hi everyone! This is Klaus coming to you live from a whirlwind of a year. I know there’s probably no one left on here, but I’d like everyone to have a chance to read this even if it’s three months from now.

I want to thank everyone who stuck with us for a whole year after the admin turn around. I know we weren’t always the best admins, but I had a lot of fun with everyone. Kpop-Xmen has meant a lot to me for a long time. It took me from lowly college earthling to full-time-job-haver. 

I don’t wanna make this too long because I’m not ready to have full closure on this, but it’s safe to say that this community will no longer be updated. Thank you to the people who messaged us during this time to ask about our activity. KPXM as a concept has seen so many people filter through and I appreciate everyone. From 2012 to 2016, this rp has been the best time of my life.

If anyone comes poking around and wants to have a chat, or reminisce, I’d love to see what you guys are up to. Just hit me up @superxiu.

‘dark day,’ she thinks to herself while strolling around the premises of the institution. there were a few people here and there, mostly groups, who were smiling and talking amongst one another. it had never been a goal for her, gaining many friends, but sometimes there were perks to being popular.

but, she reckons, there were perks to being wallflowers, as well. her mind is content, being alone, but it sometumes craves conversation with some else – someone like her, maybe.

she spots a girl, who, a bit suprisingly, was also alone, and she walks towards her; there was a bit of caution underlining her smile, however, for she didn’t know if it was a good time for talking. 

Questions of that type , unexpectedly, rise up again as an appearance of a strange female comes to her sight. Jiyeon has no idea who that girl is. She looks simply pretty— wait. That girl does some gesture… and she says something as well. Jiyeon carefully turns aside and quickly glances around to make sure those expressions are  not meant to be sent to anyone else.

Cackling with glee as he rolled on his bed, his fingers moved with practiced agility as it typed out message after message. He was going to flood Jiyeon’s inbox alright. Somewhere along the way, Jaebum finds himself wishing he’d long hair (and a slimmer body so he could pull it off). Jiyeon, though having agreed to be his braiding subject, probably wasn’t going to drop by anything soon. And sure, braiding people’s hair was fun and all, but they wouldn’t be around 24/7 to cater to his whims and fancies. It’d be so much more easier if he could just play with his own hair, but he has neither the patience nor the confidence to pull off such a look.

Signing dejectedly, he comes to terms with the fact that he wasn’t going to be playing around with knots today. Snapping his fingers, he conjures up some long, flowy hair with soft waves for himself as he plods over to the mirror to examine himself. He runs his hands through the illusion, his fingers meeting nothing but thin air. That was the thing about illusions. They looked real, but they didn’t exist.

He’s pleasantly surprised he doesn’t look half that bad, seeing how the volumous locks give the illusion of narrower shoulders to go with the look. To enhance it further, he throws in a hanbok for kicks. (He knows he can’t pull of morden dresses with his body type) Besides, he was still in the New Year mood despite it being over for a week now.

A soft rapt on his door draw his attention away from the mirror and he lazily pulls himself over to the door, not bothering to remove the illusion. People in the Institute knew not to question his antics by now.

Pulling the door open wide, he finds himself face to face with sweet little Jiyeon. What a pleasant surprise ~

She’s much more relieved realising that Jaebum has given her his offer once. Although it wasn’t really an invitation (it sounded more like a joke actually), it still helps. In fact, it helps her a lot for not viewing herself as a rude invader.

Jiyeon can tell how much nervous she is as if she was about to be thrown into a dark forest at midnight. Her mind laughs at herself. It is obviously no horrfyiny,unilluminated place. Her friend’s room, just that. “Come on Jiyeon.” She has to speak.

As she’s still hesitant about calling for him, the door has surprisingly swung open. “Annyeong–“
