Scrooge & Launchpad’s friendship / son/fathership is honestly one of the best dynamics in the show. They care so much about each other & I was rewatching the Shadow War and Launchpad was literally the only one who bothered to give a sh*t about Scrooge when everyone else left him. Even inviting him to get out of house and recognizing something as simple as that (someone wanting to spend time with him) was probably what Scrooge needed the most, even if he didn’t want it.

Before Drake, Scrooge was the only person who believed that Launchpad could do whatever he wanted to do. He gave him so many opportunities and he never once doubted Launchpad, even if he wasn’t great at showing it at times. At the end fo the day, he always let Launchpad know how proud he is of him. They rely so much on each other’s support and they really are wonderfully close friends, in this essay i will -
