bonus attributes: he wants to be indifferent towards zidane and bartz, but ultimately finds himself incapable of turning the blind eye whenever they ( inevitably ) find themselves in a tough spot, even going so far as to keeping a distant eye on them. important to note the only lie he would tell is one by omission concerning his own well-being — squall can take care of himself. visibly wounded and bleeding, and he'd still be fine. dust yourself off and get back in there. he won't let them down.
