It was quiet in her office, the only sound being the clicking of her heels as she paced around her chair. Something was irritating her, causing her to be unable to keep her focus. Something was wrong with her. She never felt like this. This feeling of...being alone, it was something that was always there, but why was she experiencing it all of a sudden? Quietly, she sat herself back down, her hands were shaking, a feeling of a sort of hole forming in her throat. Until it broke so to speak. Until...she broke. She broke down into tears, holding her face in her hands, loud sobs leaving her. She was thankful it was a slow day, for someone to see her in such a weak and vulnerable state would have been terrible. But it wasn't just a thought, among her sobs she hadn't heard the door behind her opening, and someone stepping in...
