It was supposed to snow a lot last weekend so we went to The TableTop Game and Hobby store to get a game.

Yesterday was my first day back at Crossfit On Track after several months away. I am so sore I can hardly walk and can't lift my arms over my head today so I will be doing a very light workout. Instead I thought I would at least make an effort to think about my diet. I don't want to do too much too fast because I know I will end up falling off the wagon again so I am starting with cutting back on the sugar intake. Well that is the plan anyway. Along those lines I am going to try making this my last Pepsi. I have tried cutting them out before and have only made it around 2 months at most. I know it seems like such a small thing to stop but I can't seem to do it...until now.
