it's a weird world and dollarama is our mirror. that's a very context specific observation. i once got picked up hitching by an MRA who wanted to talk, eventually, about how a lady friend had a husband from the middle east and the dude wouldn't waste water and so on, which greatly offended this driver (who also wanted to talk about divorce court). anyway dollarama reminds me of the worst our culture has to say about itself and these items were not paid for. dollarama regularly throws things away for no discernable reason, like hundreds of chocolate bars or flats of drinks. that MRA couldn't understand why it wasnt weird and gross to turn off the water in the shower while you soap up and use the tap for a quick rinse after. seemed like shell shock to the dude, like "youre here now, you don't have to be careful, theres no strife" ...because we hide our lack of resources and the real costs of our lifestyle from ourselves :/

upcycled art/decor. it's a silver owl-shaped tray (useful for more than ash, if desired). the owl has irridescent plastic crystal shards exploding from its eyes.  once these were a plastic crystal outdoor winter decoration. the owl is 5'' long, 2.5'' wide, and 2'' tall.
