Gareth had been typing away on his phone, so he hadn't been paying any attention to his surroundings. The aswang figured that people would just step around him if they got in his way, so he grunted quietly with annoyance when someone lightly bumped into him. Moving his gaze away from the phone, the master considered the kid in front of him, pausing when he didn't look familiar. A pity that he was staff because he was damn pretty, not that it had ever stopped Gareth from messing with someone before. "All good. You'd have to hit me harder for me to even feel that." He cocked his head, a small smirk on the aswang's lips. "You're new, aren't you?"
Wyatt was quick to pick up on that the other was neither staff or a slave, the air around him gave away his status among the castle. He wasn't the vampire Wyatt was currently looking for which had him relax just a little. Even if running into him was something he did not desire as he was trying to keep a low profile while he was there. Didn't want to raise too much trouble before he got anywhere with his little plan he'd put together. "That easy to tell, huh?" He said, "Yeah, I'm new, just started the day before." Even though he had a decent hold on his nerves his southern accent still thickened regardless.
