Well things are starting to settle down here in Portugal, been teaching in a couple of places and let´s see if i find the time to resume posting. Today had a big movie shot and i got some bits so will be posting that.

This not so good looking picture is the last picture I have with Zhu Hong laoshi I leave China today And I do not know when I will see him again, or when I will see my wushu brother Sofie. It was an incredible two years, and the ride will not be forgotten. I will still continue this blog from Portugal and It will still be about Wushu, yes it won't be in China but i will try to keep having the same quality.(Which ain't that high...) Don't know what else to say. Zhong guo Zai jian!

So much stuff they gave us, Jesus! Anyway me as team Portugal and Anette as team Sweden, we got shirts, a commemorative medal for our Team , a huge painting with Wu (for wushu), Bags, caps and the worse wushu outfit I ever had. There were at least 3000 people competing although mostly kids and old people.

I will make 3 posts from the competition (at least to start off) I was the worst planned competition I have ever been on, there were ridiculous amount of problems but my wife Marina and good friend Sofie helped me through it all. For what is worth I was representing my country in China in a sport that my country dosen't really care about. And for what it is worth I really enjoyed carrying the Flag of my country into a stadium full of Chinese. I was even competing under PORTUGAL TEAM.

That's still pretty cool! thanks i hope it goes well.I forgot last time, no you don't need to do Sanda, taolu and sanda classes are separated students here in china, this said tough, Sanda can be a lot of fun!

My new wushu suit just arrived in time for the competition! Who guesses what the drawing is from?

That sounds really cool! And your even training with the national team, always good to see people better then you! Which national team btw?I'm not so sure I'm better then your national team, Im not the only person coming to china to train ehehe.By northern style you mean changquan? It's the most common style in modern wushu so I figure It should be that. But there are a ton of styles coming from the north of china anyway.Well I did a lot of stuff and weapons and all that, but for the next competition I'm taking a taolu from changquan and a taolu from ditangquan. But I must say I like most styles that aren't soft styles and weapons. I'm quite good with fists and I really enjoy jumping!
