hahahaha my appointment was with a psychiatric nurse practitioner and she was basically like 'you need way more help than we can give you here' hahahaha

stressed out of my mind for this dumb appointment

like i don't know how to describe how pervasive the lack of motivation is without stimulants. i take one and now it takes much less energy to redirect myself from compulsions

when i take my stimulants the obsessions are louder, but without the stimulants i don't even give a fuck about sitting through the exposure. i have zero motivation to do anything but just be ravaged by them

i'm willing to talk to anybody who wants to ask questions and listen and investigate their beliefs a bit. but all that's ever happened on here is people have dug their feet in and died on some stupid hill that i can't be bothered to coax you down gently from
