ahem, this will be a little introduction 😈 of me and my accidentally huge ass fic I'm working on

I´ve been into Ghost for quite a few years now, but somehow never joined any fan spaces. So I thought it was about time...

I've only been a bit active on ao3 so far. Around this time a year ago, I had a very intense dream about an evil version of our dear Frater Imperator hunting down a spy in the Ministry. I woke up with a sudden and unmistakable wish to pick my laptop and WRITE it all down. I haven't been properly writing any fiction since maybe 2014, when I was deep in some French musicals fandoms 🥲

So this was actually huge.

The initial plan was to write a little 13-chapter max slightly smutty thing, but somehow it... evolved.

We start with a spy sent to the Ministry. But then, I decided that I didn't want it to be just the typical church kind, more common for the ghost fics. I decided that Ghost band should exist, and that Tobias Forge should exist in this universe of mine too. But then we need to tie that all together somehow, right? 🙂🤨 How do we make Papas co-exist with TF and Ghost band in the same universe in a way that makes sense?

Well... I had a lot of thinking. And a very intensive process of world-building to make it all make sense, because ghost lore often doesn't make any sense already.

But this all led to the fic size very quickly going out of control, currently reaching 200k words 🥹 And it became the primary thing on my mind for almost a year now, and it is still not finished. But world-building is world-building, plot is plotting, forge is forging, copia is coping, and perpetua somehow became my favourite character in all this chaos.

ANYWAY.

If I may interest you in a Female Reader/Frater Imperator fanfiction, where the reader is a spy sent to the Ministry to uncover their secrets, but something goes... wrong 😈 I started this with second person POV while intending to be a short fic, but then it became kinda too hard to change POV, so bear with me

Features evilish Copia, Tobias looming in the background, Perpetua being Perpetua, both twins needing a hug and being smacked hard on the head, all ghost lore sort of coming together (i tried)... If that sounds interesting - I'm leaving the link below 😌🖤

Although, for the amount of love I have for Perpetua, I might enjoy making/watching this man crumble a little too much

I had listened to Ghost for years without having any idea how the band looks like or that there are multiple Papas and any kind of lore. Really. For years. I saw maybe only two or three videos. That's all.

I had this strange thing that since I knew I won't be able to see them live at that point of my life back then, I didn't want to know what I might be potentially missing out on.

I learned the lore and many more in autumn 2024 when I got my ticket for the Skeletour - finally having a chance to see Ghost live.
