★(✯ᴗ✯)Cotton Candy 니 키
The moment you and Ni‑ki stepped through the gates of the amusement park, he stretched his arms out dramatically like he owned the place.
“Welcome,” he declared, “to the kingdom where I will prove I’m the best boyfriend.”
You raised a brow. “You mean the kingdom where you’ll scream on every ride.”
He gasped. “I don’t scream. I express emotions loudly.”
You laughed, and he bumped your shoulder with his, grinning like he’d already won.
He dragged you straight to the food stalls. “Y/N, look! They have giant corn dogs. GIANT.”
“You’re literally a bottomless pit.”
“And you love me for it.”
He bought two — one for him, one for you — but halfway through, he started eyeing yours.
“No,” you said immediately.
“I didn’t even say anything!”
He pouted, doing aegyo so aggressively the vendor started laughing. “Jagiyaaaa… just one bite?”
You sighed and handed it over. He took the biggest bite possible.
You rolled your eyes, but your smile gave you away.
You passed a cute photo booth decorated with pastel lights. “Let’s take pictures!”
Ni‑ki pretended to think. “Only if I get to choose one pose.”
Inside the booth, you took a sweet smiling photo, a silly one, and then Ni‑ki smirked.
Before you could react, he pulled you closer by the waist, leaned in, and kissed your cheek right as the camera flashed.
Your face went red instantly.
Ni‑ki looked at the printed photo and smirked. “Frame it. Put it on your wall. Worship me.”
You shoved him lightly. “You’re impossible.”
He dragged you to the biggest roller coaster in the park next. You stared up at it. “Riki… that thing looks like it was built to kill people.”
He grinned. “Perfect. Let’s go.”
On the climb up, he held your hand tightly. “If we die, I want you to know—”
“—that I get the last corn dog.”
You burst out laughing right as the drop hit, and the two of you screamed together — his scream definitely louder.
When the ride ended, he stumbled off dramatically. “My soul left my body.”
“You screamed like a banshee.”
“I was harmonizing with the wind.”
As the sun set, the park lit up with warm lights. Ni‑ki bought cotton candy and held it out to you.
“If you smash it in my face—”
You leaned forward, and he gently fed you a piece. Then he took one for himself and smiled softly.
“You look really pretty right now,” he said, voice quieter.
You blinked. “Where did that come from?”
He shrugged, cheeks pink. “Just… wanted to say it.”
You leaned your head on his shoulder as you walked. He immediately wrapped an arm around you, pulling you closer.
At the top of the Ferris wheel, the city lights glittered below. Ni‑ki tapped your knee.
He smiled — not teasing, not sarcastic, just soft. “Today was really fun. Because it was with you.”
You kissed his cheek. “I had fun too.”
He froze. “Wait— do it again.”
He pouted until you caved and kissed him again. He lit up like a firework. “Best. Day. Ever.”
By the time you got back to his dorm, you were both exhausted — but Ni‑ki wasn’t done being chaotic.
The moment the door closed, he flopped face‑first onto the bed. “I’m dead. Carry me.”
“You’re literally taller than me.”
“Carry me emotionally then.”
You threw a pillow at him. He sat up, hair messy, eyes sparkling. “Sleepover time.”
He grabbed his hoodie — the one you always stole — and tossed it at you. “Wear it. It’s a requirement.”
You slipped it on, drowning in the fabric. Ni‑ki stared for a second too long.
“…Okay, that’s illegal,” he muttered. “You can’t look that cute.”
You climbed into bed beside him, and he immediately wrapped his arms around you like a koala.
“That means you’re comfy.”
He buried his face in your shoulder, voice muffled. “You smell like cotton candy.”
“You smell like corn dog.”
You laughed, and he tightened his hold, suddenly quieter.
“Today was perfect,” he murmured. “I like doing everything with you.”
You felt your heart soften. “Me too.”
He pulled back just enough to look at you, eyes warm. “I love you.”
You smiled. “I love you too.”
Ni‑ki grinned, triumphant. “Good. Now let’s sleep before I start crying.”
“And you love me for it.”
He kissed your forehead, snuggled closer, and within minutes, he was asleep — arms wrapped around you, breathing soft and steady.
It was the perfect end to the perfect day.
