Writing it down helps more than you'd think.

99% of you are already scrolling past. But please, give me a minute.

As a long time blogger, I know the futility of text posts, but this could help someone you know, someone you care about, hell it may even help you.

This undertaking is simple, write down the things that worry you. Write down the thoughts that scare you. Write down your hopes and dreams. Your good news, and your bad. And send it to someone. (Me)

My aim isn't to give you advice. It isn't to make a value judgement. It isn't to praise or condemn. It's much simpler. My aim is to show someone cares. Someone will listen. Someone will share your experiences, and in doing so, hopefully show that you matter.
