We, the undersigned, residents and citizens of Canada, call upon the Minister of Justice to amend the Criminal Code by including a "Three-Step Enforcement" for Parenting Time violations, which involves a warning for a first offense, a fine for a second and a charge of Disobedience of a Court Order (Section 127) or Mischief (Section 430) under the Criminal Code for a third, to hold parents accountable for repeated interference with parenting time and safeguard the child’s right to maintain a relationship with both parents.

Gaslighting us to control our usage in our own homes and over charging us for all the major construction costs of British Columbia's major projects from site c dam to LNG. Literally rich unelected officials telling you how to live in your own home or else you will be over charged into indebted servitude for non-compliance

Bc hydro and LNG are guilty of defrauding the public as PGRT and sale of gas even with co-op from nisgaa and haisla chiefs does not eliminate the fact that bc hydro required to pump the gas from ground and the subsequent sale cause an increase in local energy prices like bc hydro and png. Under section 380(2) CC makes it an an indictable offense to affect the public market price of stock, shares, merchandise, or anything offered for sale to the public with intent to defraud. And telling the public this deal is going to make inflation subside while it adds to its increased prices as well as increasing the home energy costs of British Columbians falls under this jurisdiction.

Brookfield utilized the Brookfield Global Transition Fund I (BGTF I) to acquire a 51% majority stake in Westinghouse Electric Company. Carney is using Canadian taxpayers money to fund a war that he will profit immensely from through Brookfield Transition fund 1 if the Ukraine can take back those reactors.

How about not deducting from the poor because they made over 600 dollars. Rent is 2000 to 3000 everywhere a single adult only gets under 1500 with 2 kids meaning if they make 1000 dollars on top of 1500 a month you take back 400 dollars of the 2500 they should have had and they only have 2100 for rent 2000 + groceries (for 3 is about 400 a month conservatively)+bills 200 or more just for hydro in bc plus phone and/ or internet 150. This is government generated poverty. You don't help Canadians while giving our money to every other country but Canada and its people, you are leaving Canadian citizens in deficit

Both Ken comer a banker from Alberta invested in LNG and Peter bota from ledcor have been harassing me on my Facebook for opposing this deal. There was no referendum among the Nisga'a and many of disagree with the destroying the planet for short-term gains.

The nisgaa need help our leaders are manufacturing consensus while only some get a real say and we need help evoking the transparency act as they're actions have already voided the AIP AGREEMENT made in 2000.

The Canadian Campaign for Equal Shared Co-Parenting aims to reform the divorce laws here so that more children will have the benefits of both parents post separation. Currently 70-80% of children in divorced families are at high risk of losing any meaningful relationships with their non-residential parent (usually the Dad).

Children who are raised without their Dad are at higher risk of suicide (4 times the risk); committing a crime and incarceration ( 2-10 times the risk); committing rape (5 times the risk); substance abuse (3 times the risk); dropping out of high school (double the risk); teen pregnancy ( 8 times the risk); and running away from home (double the risk).

The campaign works with several members of the Canadian parliament to reform the Divorce Act. Our model of equal shared co-parenting (the rebuttable presumption of equal shared co-parenting) has already been legislated in many Scandinavian and other European countries as well as in many states in the US and is now the international gold standard for family divorce laws.

This model balances the best interests of children with safety issues and significantly reduces potential conflict during this difficult family transition. Jurisdictions which have legislated this change have seen reduced levels of intimate partner violence and lots of good research supports the benefits of this model.

Additionally, according to the latest polls, 77% of Canadians of all regions and genders want this legislative reform.

This campaign has been endorsed by 10 members of the Canadian Parliament and more are about to join.

One of our followers shared this infographic with us, and regardless of where you stand on family law issues, the numbers are hard to ignore.

According to the data shown, nearly 2 million Canadian children were living without their father in the home. Sole custody orders were overwhelmingly granted to mothers, and child support orders were overwhelmingly directed toward fathers.

Those statistics are from older Canadian data, collected more than a decade ago.

Which raises an important question:

Why don’t we have better, more current national data on what happens to children after separation?

If these numbers are concerning, shouldn’t we be measuring whether they have improved or worsened?

How many children have lost a meaningful relationship with a parent?

How many are caught in loyalty conflicts?

How many are experiencing post separation abuse, coercive control, or pressure to reject a parent they love?

This is not a fathers’ issue.

This is not a mothers’ issue.

This is a children’s rights issue.

Children deserve the freedom to love both parents without fear, guilt, pressure, or consequences.

For decades, parents, mental health professionals, lawyers, researchers, and adult children have been raising concerns about these issues. Yet Canada still lacks comprehensive national statistics on parental alienation and parent child relationship breakdown after separation.

Our children deserve better than assumptions.

They deserve answers.

And they deserve to be counted.
