Joro, the current mayor of (i haven't decided a good name yet shh), despite coming from a long lineage of evil, he yearns to flip the script and prove his family's history does not carve who he is as a person. He believes the public loves him, only because he himself hasn't heard of anyone speaking out against him.
Cilfer, the mayors best friend and deeply trusted advisor. Rumor has it he has been trying to root bad ideas into the mayors head(to no avail, though.) Despite his creepy looks, Joro swears he is the kindest person you'll ever meet... just dont leave any meat dishes out in the open around him if you intend to do anything with it later.
Juliet, another friend of the mayor who's known him since childhood. Known for her extravagant parties and events, She is the most well loved hostess for miles around. Although, dont follow her out back during any of her balls, because you might catch yourself in the middle of an auction for illegal and creepy items, or even worse, tied up inside one of the antique dressers being sold out!
Ester, a man who nobody knows when, why, or how he got here, and nobody ever will. He just claims he is a friend of a friend of a business man and just so happened to get a job being a journalist. All he writes about is Joro's victories and accomplishments though.. and ever since he got here, no one's ever written badly about the mayor!.. or at least, it hasn't been visible for even ten minutes before the story's been taken off the paper and the writer's been.. redirected. Thanks to his hard work, there is no knowledge about the fact that Joro came from such a violent family lineage, or the fact ester himself legally exists! If you manage to find yourself looking through the few records that still exist in his little personal labyrinth, you may want to find your way out before all physical records of YOUR existence are gone too! But dont let that make him seem like a bad guy, hes really quite funny, according to Joro.
Saffron, Azzies uncle AND former director of the Magic Protection League, they've been around so long that its rumored they had a conversation with the original Dorothy when they were young! They've been living life on the easy side ever since retiring, but recently they had to phone an old friend to keep their beloved neice safe after she went digging a little too deep.
