Oh yeah, Bundus is here. I thought about these two as a duo for so long that I forgot just how random it is— So here's some context: Chiwa ends up falling from the sphere sometime after the flying trashbeast arc, and after causing a ruckus escaping from her captors in some town, the chaos ends up drawing Bundus' attention whilst he was in the middle of his search for the Choker-maker.

Obviously Bundus is curious about this strange phenomenon of spherite children falling over 1000 feet to the ground and coming out relatively unscathed, so he decides keep her around to gain whatever information she has of the sphere before handing her over to Zodyl.

Also he's like the first person Chiwa meets who's willing to tell her about the ground and isn't actively triggering her jinki's vibe check, so they chill.
