This is a place where we debate any given dragon's fuckability. Monsterfuckers, monster-curious and Hear Me Outs all welcome here. So, would you?
I post three polls a day between 5-6pm GMT+1 all week long, but that can change if the queue is running dry. I will change the pinned post to reflect any changes regarding that. I answer asks on the weekends if there is any on the inbox.
Blog inspired by @wouldyoufuckthistaur who helped me a lot, and the og @wouldyoufuckthisfurry

FAQ
"How can I submit a dragon?"
Feel free to send the character via an ask or a submission! Only things I require are the name and a source. Pictures would be nice too but not required.
"I submitted a dragon some time ago but I haven't seen it yet!"
It's either in the queue and you have to be patient, or it has been submitted already and I skipped it. Current queue time is around 30 days from submitting to being posted. Very rarely I veto'd a dragon.
"Are there any restrictions in what we can submit?"
I might not accept submissions that are of a character who is clearly a child/hatchling; and if a dragon has a humanoid version I will focus on the dragon form. Other than that I don't really care.
"I sent a bunch of submissions but you only posted one?"
If you submit in a row a lot of very simmilar characters, I will try to space them in the queue so it doesn't clog the same day with just one media. Comparisons (like Animation vs Live Action) I try to post back to back.
"This character isn't TECHNICALLY a dragon, they are a wyrm/serpent/scalie,etc..."
I'm very open to what is considered a "dragon". If you can show a picture of the character to any random person and they go "Yup that's a dragon" then it's considered one. Same goes for the other way around, if it's called a dragon on the source material then it's a dragon regardless of looks. I'm not interested in "wyrms vs true dragons" debates.
"Who are you?"
Im a guy who really likes dragons, He/Him pronouns only. I run this blog for fun and out of a sheer love for scaly monsters and a big dragon-shaped hole in my soul. Also I'm ESL so I might make some typos
"This blog was already done by [XYZ]"
I didn't know + the name was available so I took it. This is a "holy shit two cakes" scenario why are you complaining

Do you think Dragon is a mutually exclusive category? I’m personally of the opinion that no, it’s not. To me, a dragon is ultimately a collection of tropes, themes, and motifs applied to reptiles or culturally similar creatures (some cultures equate things like amphibians or sharks as being the same “sort” of creature as reptiles, so in those instances I would count those monsters as dragons as well because their origin cultures equate them), so debates like “is Godzilla a dragon or dinosaur” to me boil down to “dragon isn’t a Real Clade, it’s a collection of tropes; Godzilla is a dragon AND dinosaur because in this case Dinosaur is the reptile base the tropes are being applied to.”
(Adding the rest of the ask together so it reads more cohesively)
I agree! To me, the pop culture conception of what a "dragon" (european in this case) means is a mix of Tolkien's lore (specifically Smaug) and the germanic myth of Fafnir, as he is (I might be wrong here) the first draconic iteration to breath fire and fly.
Before that, most of the european dragons- also called serpents and symmilar terms- the term drakos comes for greek myths of usually, underwater or underground giant snakes or reptiles that had a poison quality to them. Again talking about european dragons here, we cannot separate either the christianity influence of the bat wings and the satanic simbology from the Apocalypsis books and the Middle Age europeans drawings of the era.
So what a dragon is is very culturally dependant. Our pop culture has accepted that chinese/asian dragons are "valid" as dragons, but not things that we have arbitrarly called wyverns or serpents; which is a distinction that is, to be fair, fairly new and mostly spearheaded by the popularity of high fantasy.
In general, dragon is a broad term defined by many different thing and hence why I am not interested in making a distinction for this blog, as the separation would fall into the matters of worldbuilding, linguistics or pop culture in a case by case basis.
There’s a character I want to submit but he’s from a book and has no official art whatsoever and the description of him on the wiki is really lacking.
:(
Well, as good of a reason as any to draw the fanart yourselves!
Besides, I have received some... Esotheric submissions, so a written description from a book wouldn't be the weirdest thing. Feel free to send that too.
