The worst thing about Deltarune is that I keep remembering it exists, which makes me wish I could play chapter 3 already

RB if you think CD drives in computers are not obsolete, but in fact still necessary, despite being artificially phased out
Nagato Yuki is so gender (autistic)

twilight eat burgy
Girls will LITERALLY eat burger
Haruhi MCUzumiya
The thing about anime fanservice is that I think "horny," "erotic," and "perverted" are three entirely different vibes that all have their own value at different points. A lot of people see every gratuitous panty shot as serving the same emotional response, but this couldn't be further from the truth.
Ascending for 40 days to learn the mystical secrets of the universe and then coming back down to find out that your people have betrayed you is literally so yuri I'm not even kidding

i think the most autistic dom thing ive done is send partners a form (no i do not still have it) of like kinks, limits, body part terms, pet names, etc before flirting/dirty talking. so like, they could check off which pet names and kinks they like and I would act accordingly. which sounds normal until it's like "wow you're so hot I'm going to- wait can you fill this out please? ok thanks anyway- im going to fuck you stupid"

hmm. well this was supposed to say uniodizes but i guess im a champion of the salt working class now
As far as I can tell, the way to use tumblr is to keep posting things as though you have followers, and they will then eventually appear somehow.

Tumblr is maybe the most impenetrable platform in the world but twitter keeps getting worse so I guess this is a slightly less painful experience
In revisiting Haruhi Suzumiya, I'm recognizing what is probably its most compelling trait in its demand of understanding a teenage girl's emotions. Like Catcher in the Rye, it looks at the exhausted and isolated state of being that adolescents are often forced into, asking that the viewer try not to approach them with dismissal. Haruhi's raison d'être being an overwhelmed response at the impossibility of being an individual in a world with billions of other individuals pushes her into a nausea of identity, through which she desperately rejects anything that seems conformist; her crisis is a banal one that feels apocalyptic to her, but society will beg youths to stay passive about this relationship with oneself. By literalizing the crisis into the fabric of reality as a whole, the SOS Brigade have to engage with their perception of young women, their ability to respond to other people's needs beyond the call for unobtrusive normality.
It's such a neat show that people have memory-holed into a vague and diminished status of otaku pandering, totally missing how genuinely transgressive and cathartic it is.
