Today I clean and jerked 275# it was an awesome feeling. I've been working really hard and it's starting to show.

Made an Oscar cake with the kids for my nephews 1st birthday. Good memories.
My happy place, the possibilities are endless! I got my crossfit lifting cert last weekend. Very useful info. Pr'd my c&j (255) and snatch(220) chasing those goals. Stay strong everyone.
Almost a year of progress, I can't say wow I got a lot bigger but that wasn't my objective. 20 lbs heavier at least, My lifts are much better, my Fran time is down 2 minutes (3:07), I can do muscle ups (kinda), I can walk on my hands, my C&J is up from 225-255, my 5k is probably down but that's ok. The most important thing is that I'm still sober and healthy, and I have healthy friends and family in my life that like to be around me. God bless you all and stay hungry.
I think I dropped some weight which isn't cool but it's about time I posted some progress. Because crossfit doesn't build muscle right?
I wish I could work out as much as I think about working out.

Caught this beauty today at 205# pumped
It's been a good couple years since prison.
15.5 was crazy. I got 7:45 and I almost want to do it again. Almost..... Afterward we took a picture for Seth. It was fun and yes I was still delirious.

Was tough. I got 59. I'm going to redo it monday if I have time. Two tests Tuesday... Yuck.

It was 3 days of cursing, frustration and more cursing but I got muscle-ups :) 158 was my score at the end but I would have been happy with 1. I did the wall balls and 98 of 100 double unders unbroken and struggled through muscle ups 1 by 1. It was a great feeling! I had great people helping me and cheering me on. Crossfit

15.2 was a blast. I hope everyone else loves it as much as I did.... Ok on a serious note it was a good workout I got 133 reps. That's 3 reps into the second round of chest to bars in the rounds of 14. RX. Good luck everyone and I hope you do well. Looking at this picture it appears I should spread my hands apart more. I think I did as I went through the workout but something to keep in mind.

So I got 151 reps and 240 for the clean and jerk. I'm happy about both considering toes to bars is probably my worst exercise. I'm getting better at it though which is cooler than not and... 240! I am pumped about that. good luck all and stay strong.
