Lets get healthy!

Yesterday marked the end of my first week of Turbo Fire! I have to admit I did miss one work out, on Thursday. I worked early and then was out until 12am exploring the city :) So at least I got in a lot of walking! Anyways I have loved the work out so far! The 20 minute core work out was the only one I didn’t like very much. I found the moves very complicated using the band, so I found I was spending to much time trying to figure out how to do them and didn’t get a much of a work out. Perhaps this will get better over time though. The 40 minute stretch was amazing! Today’s work out was my favourite so far though! Fire 45! The finale sequence was the first one I was able to do all the steps too! It felt great to get the rhythm down for a change haha :)
