Why do so many fans on twt make Fire From The Hip only about Finn’s sexuality?
These songs are so much more than that.
Especially because until Finn explicitly says “I’m gay/bi/pan/straight/anything else”, which he also doesn’t owe to literally ANYONE, there’s no reason to put a label on him.
Whoever he loves is up to him. I support him a 100%. I just don’t see a point in making it such a big deal honestly and making his album ALL about it.
Also, the hypocrisy of some fans is just killing me.
They will say that some fans “would call him straight even if he spelled that he’s bi out to them” yet they say he’s lying about the meaning of his songs when Finn literally EXPLAINED some of the songs himself, because they want the songs to fit their narrative that Foah is real (if they are, cool, but you don’t have to put the narrative on something that may be completely unrelated to it. It’s called being delusional, love).
Honestly, Fire from the Hip is such a beautiful album, abundant with different sounds and nostalgia and so many beautiful lyrics, we should stop making it only about one thing.
