evie was born to oliver & morag ( a muggleborn ) wood a handful of years after oliver was instated as an official keeper for puddlemere united. her parents met at hogwarts, but despite being housemates, she was just a couple years too young for him at the time. they met again years later after her mum was doing a piece ( a writer for spella weekly ) on the puddlemere team. after a couple of dates, they really started to get kickin’ !! 

her middle name was something of a bet -- oliver doubted morag was a bigger fan of puddlemere united than he was. she proved him tf wrong !!
