Taking Some Time || Minori & Luke
â- Minori couldnât help but take a break. She had been working all day! It was smoking hot outside, and heat didnât seem like it was going to let up anytime soon.
She laid on the green grass and closed her eyes. The birds chirped above her head and she slowly drifted off to sleepâŚ
The carpenter glared up at the sky as he emerged from the unfamiliar forest, trying to gauge the time. How long had he been wandering?? Huh. Must have gotten himself lost. He shrugged, pulling out his canteen to take a swig of water but finding it dripping only the last few drops.Â
Ugh. But he was thirsty. Oh well, guess he better find some civilization. The clearing of grass continued into a meadow and what seemed to be farmland. He glanced around, feeling disoriented in the new place. Where exactly was he-ee??!
The toe of his boot tucked under the limb of someone napping in the sun, sending him flailing to the ground, yelling out. âWooaAH! --Ooof!âÂ
He righted himself, spitting out the grass from all the dirt he just ate. âPleh, pleh! Groooss.â Now he really wished he had some water to get the taste out.
