Since I took a social media detox for the past years, it feels overwhelming to catch up again. I like things chronicle and organized, and that means that will take weeks again until everything is finally cleaned up.

In fact, I wanted to post this here as the very last thing to ensure it doesn't get buried, but at the same time, I need to stop doing that before I end up posting nothing.

The story TideTale was published on May 22, 2016, and in just 7 days, it will celebrate its 10th anniversary! YEPEEE!

I wish i could provide you links to re-read it as celebration, but within these 10 years deviantART decided to fuck themself over and became an AI shithole, my sta.sh is gone, switched so many devices and memory mediums inbetween and argghhh.. I need to refresh old links and re-upload stuff and man so many things to do idk where to start guyz.

Revisiting the whole thing makes me nervous because it brings up so many emotions in every direction. I mostly  worry that I might have been a burden or unfair to the people involved in this project. I wanted to join a new fandom and hoped to make a mark, and it did in a way I hadn't expected—but it certainly left an impact on me.

I connected with new friends, found an engaged (still fresh at the time) community, and explored art forms I had never ventured into before, like 3D and 2D animation, writing, and music.

This was also the first time I collaborated with others to complete projects, including the series of Tide. With TideTale I was testing my leadership skills and quickly realized I wasn't good at it at all—I barely knew what I was doing UKGVFKUHJG. But idridian on tumblr generously offered to help me and worked wonders, enabling me to save this project and shaped it into what it is today. It was all in their hands just like AnotherMedium *hinthint*

As a way to meet in the middle, I jotted down a summary to give the seasoned members among you a pleasant recap:
