I am once again begging people to realize that AI checker doesn’t work. it’s never worked. it’s notoriously known to have flagged human-made works as AI and AI-generated works as human-made. and by feeding it people’s works, you are feeding more works to AI, because apparently the machine itself is AI.

shawn who named lassie like a dog and lassie who always comes when he's called. shawn with his grabby, wandering hands that lassiter lets roam all over his person. shawn and all his talk of "my" detective, "my" lassie. oh, carlton's about to get some closure and hug conforth? nope. not if shawn can help it.

and its not just lassiter, shawn is like this with everyone he deems important enough to keep in his life. gus has a new girlfriend? not on his watch. gus starts hanging out with lassie? shawn doesn't know how to handle that. gus is HIS best friend, and shawn absolutely has to be gus's best friend too. no one else is allowed to have that spot.

before he starts dating juliet, he's possessive of her too. he HATES that guy from the speed dating episode, declan, cameron luntz.... etc. he's quick to jealousy and even quicker to lash out or make an ass of himself because of it. he needs the monopoly on her time and attention.

I love how he is mildly annoyed at everything, how calm he is and the fact that he doesn't have self defense reflexes or doesn't get startled when someone tries to attack him

Also his psychic gig is mild, he doesn't go and outright declares that he knows the truth while yelling, he carefully chooses his words and how he directs the police to get their own answers

The ones I've noticed are Shawn's perfect aim and his extremely high pain tolerence. I pray to God Henry only gave him one of those.

His aim works for anything that aligns with his hands. Examples being throwing the basket ball in the Psych office, throwing stuff to Gus, and every instance of him actually getting a gun. Shawn always hits his target. Which makes the times he has a gun strangely terrifying and sexy.

You see Shawn's true pain tolerance a few times. While he complains about small hurts or injuries, that's all they are, complaints for attention. When Shawn's in actual pain, he's much more quiet about it. His tolerance for actual pain is frightening because he can keep functioning almost optimally. The examples that immediately come to mind are: when he's shot, with Drimmer, and after his appendex surgery.

In the episode where Shawn's shot in the shoulder, he's in obvious pain but still manages to keep Henry's lessons in mind and would have actually escaped (rescuing himself) if the bad guy hadn't been literally the only person around. But through the pain, Shawn's able to keep planning and scheme. His pain tolerance is high lighted in the car chase. He not only jumps onto a car, holds on at high speed, but also keeps his perfect aim with his injured arm. He just completely swallows the kickback from Lassie's powerful gun like it's nothing. But you know he's in horrible agony because once the car stops, he completely crumbles.

In the episode where Shawn is taken prisoner by Drimmer, we see that same level of tolerance. At Lassie's house, Shawn is already hurt from being punched but he ignores it. When Drimmer pistol whips Shawn (I love how pissed/protective Lassie gets), Shawn curls up not only is he able to continue his summation but Shawn is also able to actively attempt to tackle Drimmer.

In the episode where Shawn has surgery, we see another instance of Shawn getting quiet while in pain and able to carry through pain for extended periods. On stage we have no way of knowing how long Shawn was in pain for but it must have been for some time because he stayed until he literally was brought to his knees by the pain. Then, at the end of the episode, he's still recovering from abdominal surgery but is able to tolerate his pain long enough to get out of bed without complaint and calmly start a sneak attack and tackle the bad guy BEFORE the adrenaline would have kicked in full force to give Shawn the strength to fight for that long.

if you are against censorship, it means you understand that the things you personally hate and find disgusting have the same rights to exist as the things that you love. it means you understood any censorship is a fascist tool meant to control people with lesser power. it means you understand censorship can start at the things that you hate, before it eventually comes for the things that you love, as well as your own rights.

censorship will never stop at one thing. once you allow it to happen, you already give people in power the ability to take away your own rights and freedom.
