The critically endangered red wolf population in North Carolina welcomed four new litters this year. Researchers estimate that 12-16 pups have survived their first few months, which is a very big deal for a species with only 22 adults remaining in the wild.
Budget for additional wildlife crossings in the wolf's habitat offers additional hope for the species, since road strikes are currently one of their greatest threats.

Maybe I'm blanking but one of the worst (among many) things about modern Kirby was not sticking to color coding copy abilities like in KSS/KSSU and moving away from the color customization in Amazing Mirror and Squeak Squad... It feels like different colored Kirbys (Kirbies?) is something exclusively for multiplayer games nowadays which really sucks. I guess in the grand scheme of things they were just quirks of a few games but I dunno it was really cute and it's sooo boring not having that anymore. Modern Kirby sucks for a ton of other reasons though
