Looks like it will cool off tomorrow thank god. And I don't have to work so I'll be able to spend all day in the garden. Only other thing I have on my calendar is "Convince bf to get David Byrne tickets" which I honestly think I have a dead even 50/50 shot at succeeding at. Well if I don't succeed I will go take my disappointment out on some weeds I guess

4 hours into my first Vyvanse. Seems to be working fine. However today at work I am literally just listening to music and looking at pictures. Not even doing anything to them just looking at them. That's the extent of my assigned duties today. So probably not the greatest benchmark for a drug whose purpose is to help you do things that require a lot of attention

I kind of want a cigarette but I'm glad I don't smoke anymore because the current "feels like" temperature is 106 fucking degrees

Regardless of what I'm wearing people love the caterpillar bag though. They see that I've got a bag shaped like a smiling caterpillar and they'll scream from across the store or the street "I LOVE YOUR CATERPILLAR BAG". I was walking around downtown Chicago during a snowstorm back in November and a woman driving a car stopped in the middle of the damn road, rolled down her window, stuck her head out, and yelled "I FUCKING LOVE THAT CATERPILLAR BAG" like it makes people lose their minds. If I get the opportunity I reply "it's my very hungry caterpillar, he eats receipts and coins and lip balm" and it absolutely thrills them. Minimum 3 compliments every time I take the caterpillar bag out for any length of time. Old young man woman big city boondocks it doesn't matter all demographics love the caterpillar bag. EXCEPT Quebeckers I swear I was up there for a week and over that entire span the caterpillar bag got maybe 3 positive comments and a LOT of stink eye. I seriously don't know what they have against it but they could stand to allow a little whimsy into their hearts

It is so rewarding when I put on a very Me fit (today: sage green linen maxi dress, platform combat boots, baseball cap with goldfinch on it, big black aviators, caterpillar bag) and a beautiful woman stops me in public to tell me she loves it. Doesn't happen too often cause my fits are not very effortful most days but it happened at the nursery today like 2 hours ago and I'm still riding the high I got from it. She complimented the whole thing piece by piece like as she was taking me in which is an even rarer occurrence. It gave me covid a little bit
