Perception is All There Is!

Congress controls the budget BUT Congress does not control the spending! Once approved the money in the budget does not mean it has to be spent! Ex. A budget amount of $1 million is approved however if the department head does not require that much it may be used for other requirements or not used at all! Guess who heads up the departments! They may not be allowed to over spend but they can under spend!

Yes! What’s the difference of a man accusing a woman of a heinous crime and a woman accusing a man? If the man is caught making a false accusation they get charged and possible prison! If a woman does it she gets a big payday and does it over and over!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but a Presidents executive order has the same force as a congressional law passed and signed by the President. There are 2 exceptions! 1. An existing law passed by Congress cannot be over written by executive order and 2. a new administration (President) can cancel an executive order. Also if Congress passes a law that counteracts an executive order and the President signs it then the executive order is cancelled! No executive order or law passed by Congress may be contrary to the Constitution or Bill of Rights!

Half truth! He is a green card holder which does not give him the same protections as an American citizen. He was also promoting Hamas and organizing a demonstration! The validity of his green card is at the discretion of the Secretary of State. It has been ruled he violated his green card requirements! This could not happen to a US citizen! Tell the whole story!
