Wow it’s almost been a year since I logged into this tumblr account!
So many things happened: silent hills came and left and shattered my heart; fallout 4 was released and consumed my life; an ffvii remake is in the works after more than a decade of global whining, and the day has actually come where I can play ffvii on my cellphone!!! What a time to be alive!! KH3 and FFXV are on their way, and there’s still no twewy sequel. I miss making FFIX gifs and maybe once the ABSITE is over with I’ll have some time to churn out some :)
See you guys next year!
(And why is my dash full of this pink starfish?? :/

Easy way to impress 100 nobles (using PSX emulator)
Hey everyone, I was messing around with FFIX and save states, trying to impress 100 nobles. I kept reloading the save state to right before the sword fight mini game whenever I'd mess up. I noticed something while doing this. The buttons Blank tells you to press aren't random. There is a pattern in each of them. If you know the pattern, you can hit the buttons very very rapidly, before they even show up in a text bubble. So here's my quick 'n dirty guide to impressing 100 nobles: Save right before the mini game starts using a save state. Focus on a pattern. The one I focus on begins with: X, triangle, right. I would mash these first three buttons and if they were all correct, it would be the same particular sequence each time. After that, I memorized as much of the sequence as I could and then played the game normally. Because you get through the part you memorized so fast, you will most likely impress 100 nobles so long as you don't mess up after this. What I remember of the sequence is: X, triangle, right, X, left, triangle, X, right, X, left... Hit these rapidly and then just play as usual after. You will eventually become so familiar with this sequence that you'll easily impress 100 nobles. Another sequence was always: triangle, x, triangle, x, triangle, x, right... Hope this helps!
He gets embarrassed at the end because a Reaper tricked him into trying to kill her

Same streets, same crowds too…
I don't even know what to do with myself, the past three days of playing this game have been such an emotional roller coaster that I just...don't know

I just finished The Last of Us and my only regret is that I can never again experience the incredible feeling of playing through the game for the first time.
