You may think this is the hardest thing youβve ever gone through. You may spend late nights wondering if and how youβre going to survive this. You cry on the floor of the shower sometimes. You begin breaking down when you canβt remember where it is you put your phone. You look at people driving happily on the freeway and wish you were them instead. You donβt know how youβll ever be ableΒ to live and laugh and breathe freely again. You donβt understand how youβll be able to stand in the grocery store just to buy a gallon of milk. You will wonder if youβll be able to live through this. Then you will. And you will be stronger, braver, more compassionate and loving because of it.
