ya see, the thing about karolina feelings towards julie in the last issue isn’t that she believes julie will Make her go to ny, it’s deeper than that. kar is afraid to say no. for 3 issues now they established pretty consistently that karolina and julie have a communication problem, and that it’s karolina's fault, which honestly, is very consistent to her character for 15 years now. she Sucks at communicating her feelings. what’s happening right now is that julie just isn’t a priority to her anymore now that the runaways are back together, and expressing that to the girl she’s supposed to love is hard. these things happen. it sucks but they do. so yeah, when y’all say  ‘ julie deserves better ‘, you’re totally in the right, but not because the writing itself is out to get her, but because her girlfriend is not being considerate enough to have an honest conversation with her. she just needs a better significant other. like xavin.

ya know ppl who think karolina is perfect and never hurts anyone really should pay more attention to what’s going on in the comics right now because Yikes
