born into a family that was very ambition driven and had little time or patience for anything that wasn’t success. mother was a businesswoman / father was the previous head of avian cybernetics and research (founded it and formed practically all of the relationships it has now, basically made it into the uhh... shady industry it is now and ira followed in his footsteps). 

brother is also extremely successful doing uhhh god knows what

extremely charismatic! she does a very good job of appearing like your friendly neighborhood boss and ceo, and she does mean well to some degree, but she’s the sort of person that believes that the end will justify the means. she just really has no qualms abt doing what she has to to reach a goal.

very obviously intelligent, but also extremely resourceful. she’s lived her entire life with a family that would 100% leave her behind if she didn’t measure up or if a difficult situation presented itself, so she knows how to come out on top.

she’s not necessarily the worst person to encounter, but that doesn’t mean she’s the best either. she puts on a good persona and part of that’s real, but she’s cold / aloof and keeps a lot of secrets and will separate herself from anyone / anything that inconveniences her. it’s a logic vs emotions thing, and also she’s just not like the best, morally speaking.

much more into the research part of her job than the actual ceo part. like she’ll attend meetings but she won’t be happy abt it!

suuuuper interested in neuroscience and the human condition in general. has an interest in advancing society via her research (even if it means forcing society’s hand).

bad at taking advice and stubborn to a fault

‘golden sibling’ syndrome, i.e. she’s unfortunately just really good at a lot of things. mostly things revolving around science or general resourcefulness (i.e. good w weapons, good at hacking, good at repairing things, basically anything she can learn in her line of work and then some)

elliot is currently known for being a sort of ‘rising rookie’ for the falmouth falcons. he was recruited pretty much straight out of hogwarts, but has only been recently promoted to first-string, and while his natural talent is undeniable, his attitude is a different matter entirely.

he is almost 100% lacking in charm / charisma and the falcons do their best to keep him away from the media whenever possible. on the surface, he’s pretty much fundamentally unlikable--he’s insensitive, aggressive, and extremely blunt. he has a temper that gets him in trouble way too often and he doesn’t like putting in effort for most things (even quidditch lmao, which he considers more along the lines of ‘smth to kill time with’), so he’s sort of been dubbed the problem child of the team.

much like most of his teammates, he doesn’t mind playing rough and dirty when it comes to quidditch and has no qualms w breaking rules in order to succeed (tho for him, it’s more of a means to keep his interest rather than smth done out of the urge to win).

however, alongside other people understandably being rubbed the wrong way by him, elliot isn’t necessarily... his own biggest fan either? while not an inherently bad person, he gets frustrated w himself and lashes out in the worst ways possible. he throws tantrums, he’s stubborn and refuses to budge on a lot of things, and he behaves impulsively / recklessly at almost any possible opportunity.

despite his flaws tho, he’s really loyal! it’s hard to get past all over the other shit when it comes to him, but once he considers someone close enough, he’s kind of ride or die for them. some of his teammates probably fall under this category.

adding onto this, even tho he’s ride or die for u, he still won’t be the most pleasant person to be around lmao. he’s angry and bratty and difficult to control, so he’s kind of determined to do his own thing nearly all of the time. he doesn’t like backing down and he definitely gets into it with people he’d consider to be friends.
